Garbage & Rubbish Removal
North Canton residents can sign up for trash service at the Utility Billing Department at the North Canton City Hall.
Please have your refuse out at the pickup area by 6:00 am on your scheduled pickup day. Items such as swing sets, carpet, tree limbs, gutter and down spouts, must be cut to 36″ or less, bundled, and weigh less than 50 pounds. These items can also go curbside on your regular pickup day.
NO TRASH CONTAINER OR BAG OF TRASH WILL BE PICKED UP IF IT WEIGHS MORE THAN 50 POUNDS.
Please note that there is NO pickup for the following items: concrete, stones, dirt, sand, bricks, auto parts, construction materials, demolition materials, paint, oil, lawn mowers, tires, gas cans, and any inflammable and/or combustilbe materials or hazardous waste. Christmas Tree Disposal
The City of North Canton will offer free Christmas Tree pickup service to all residents of the City of North Canton who are on the City refuse pickup program.
All Christmas Trees should be at the curb by 6:00 am on your regular trash pickup day. Cut the tops off the trees if they are over six (6) foot.
